    Good notion and well intentioned-however may not find PSA support because their

    focus is on designated driver not moderation. May be difficult to market to alcohol companies because they want to sell one more not one less and thier focus is on moderation. I really like it)Like my opinion means anything :)—it sounds like your idea bridges the marketing ideas between PSA and alcohol companies.
